When Angel Jibreel asked the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) to inform him about faith he replied that: “It is that you believe in Allah and His angels and His Books and His Messengers and in the Last Day, and in fate (qadar), both in its good and bad.” (Muslim, Book 1:1).
I Believe In…Eemaan Series is a series of six books which attempts to teach younger readers (aged 6 months-4 years) about the six articles of faith in Islam in a simple manner. The series is based on the understanding of faith (eemaan) in Islam known from the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him).
I Believe In…Allah is the first of the six books which introduces the concept of tawhid (the oneness of Allah) to the readers. It explains that Muslims believe in Allah as part of their creed, that their Lord is Allah and further explains their understanding of their Lord with regards to His names and attributes.
